MizErie Loves Company

Human Charles Bellanti

Yound man with shaggy, brown hair

Still grieving the death of his boyfriend Mark, Charlie pours all his energy into running the bar they owned together, the Tabletop Tavern. But when the Dark Rebels, the vampire-hating terriorists responsible for Mark's death, kidnap Charlie's beloved dog and hold her for randsom in exchange for Charlie shutting down All's Night, Charlie must choose between his last connections with Mark and standing up for what he believes in.

Vampire Asher North

Man with dark eyes and long, dark hair blowing in the wind

After nearly 300 years of fighting, Asher just wants peace. He's tired of the unnecessary bloodshed, of running from the ghosts that haunt him. He's tired of being alone. Even though he openly displays his affection for Charlie during All's Nights, Asher knows he's unworthy of Charlie's love. When the Dark Rebels threaten Charlie's life for being a vampire ally and serving mixed blood drinks in his bar, Asher must embrace his inner darkness to save Charlie from death and beyond.

Human Daniel Petrova

Business Man in tan, cashmere overcoat

Daniel has been Charlie's best friend since grade school. When Charlie and Mark needed money to open the Tabletop Tavern, he became their silent partner, and when Mark was tortured to death by the Dark Rebels, Daniel sat with Charlie through his personal hell. But will Daniel be there for Charlie once more, or will Daniel betray their lifelong friendship?

Vampire Oscar North

Man in classy suit with blonde pompadour

Oscar lives in Asher's shadow. Well, not really. Not according to Oscar anyway. Unlike his big brother, he has simply abandoned tradition in favor of embracing this new modern world in which humans and vampires coexist. In fact, he's become quite the Casanova with human women, often taking two or three ladies home to his bed after a good night out. He'll do anything to protect his lifestyle. And his brother.

Human Kevin Joseph

Ex-military man with short hair and a beard

Kevin owes Charlie a debt he doubts he can ever repay. After three tours as a Special Forces sniper, he spent several years self-mediating with pills and alcohol to deal with the resulting trauma. When no one else would take a chance on the ex-soldier fresh out of rehab, Charlie did. If it weren't for Charlie, Kevin would probably be living on the street still... or dead. Not only is Kevin Charlie's only human employee, he's also one of Charlie's most loyal friends.

Vampire Itzel Machado

Woman with black hair wearing a black hood

Centuries older than any of her vampire companions at the Tabletop Tavern, Itzel has seen enough to know to keep her head down, stay quiet, and not draw attention to herself. She's never gotten along with humans very well, but Charlie is an exception. It certainly doesn't hurt that he's a great boss and a huge advocate for vampire rights. And the fact that Asher holds Charlie in such high regard confirms Itzel's intuition.

Vampire Grizzly

Man with a shaved head and long beard wearing dark sunglasses

Having gone by the moniker for so long, Grizzly's given name is only known by a select few trusted souls. And that's exactly how he wants it to stay. After all, that person died when his humanity did. Grizzly is more than happy being Charlie's muscle around the Tabletop Tavern. What more could a vampire want than hanging out with his friends, tossing around the occasional toublemaker, and getting paid for it?
